If you want to cut out my cutting files and sell what you make at your local craft fair, bazaar, church, or other places, your scrapbook store, to your cardmaking friends, or other places – that is fine. Good luck! I hope you make a lot of money.
YOU MAY NOT SELL ITEMS YOU MAKE USING MY FILES ON THE INTERNET unless you have special permission from me, in writing, for a specific project.
I just found my some of my cutting files cut out and selling on ebay. People who do this will cause the free files to cease to exist and the prices for the store files to go up. Feel free to report violators to me for legal action.
I do give special permissions from time to time to people who incorporate my files as part of a project they want to sell online. These are determined on a case by case basis and depend largely on how nicely I am asked. 
If you really, really want to sell your projects made with my files on the internet, ask me via email and I’ll consider it. Otherwise, do not sell items made with my files online. Period.

Oh my goodness Mary! That’s awful! It really saddens my heart to hear of people doing stuff like this. They just don’t care. I do hope you’re able to stop those ebayers illegally selling your stuff…and I’ll definitely let you know if I see anyone doing the same. Good luck!

I am so sorry to hear that. Your files are wonderful. It is not fair to someone like you who works so hard to be taken advantage of like that.If I see anyone I will definetly let you know.

That really stinks! You put all that work into making the file, cleaning it up and yet another claims it as theirs. Gee whiz! It seems to go in cycles with someone doing this to you. Grrrrr….that makes me so mad! I love your stuff. It’s pretty sad when someone has to cheat.

This sure saddens me too. How unfair to use another person’s work for profit when it’s strictly forbidden. It’s not only unfair it’s illegal. Love your files, Mary, hope this doesnit stop you…

My hubby is away for Father’s Day also, and our Anniversary on Tues & his Birthday on Thursday. Same repeat from last year, I think his company does this on purpose! LOL

I also love your files you create. Unfortunately I’m not in a position to purchase them, but I certainly admire the time and expertise and imagination to create them.
